Andrew leads Learning Services Ltd, which provides assessment and tuition for children with learning difficulties. Learning Services Ltd also offers consultation to schools in the design of programs for children with specific learning disabilities. Learning Services Ltd use a method of tuition that focuses on skill development and application of knowledge so that children with ADHD and short attention spans can be taught in an energetic and rapid way. The method combines accurate assessment of skill gaps, teaching using a Precision Teaching method, and guidance using a generative instruction model. Generative Instruction assumes that a learner has their own aspirations and capabilities that the tutor is supporting, so the tutoring generates more targeted and personal learning - this is compared with the use of a standard program that a tutor works their way through.
